JMS boasts a state-of-the-art Amada rotary index tube laser capable of processing tubes up to 8 meters in length and accurate to tolerances of 0.2mm. Tube lasering eliminates the need for conventional processes such as sawing, drilling and milling alongside enhancing speed and accuracy.

Our AMADA FO-MII Rotary Index CO2 Laser is engineered to include an innovative Rotary Index with the ability to easily switch between flat sheet cutting to tube or pipe cutting on one of three shuttle pallets. Through continuous manipulation JMS maintains high quality, clean product with zero burrs, thus minimising process times and providing very competitive lead times. Weld preparations (slot & tab) can be finished on the laser, removing the necessity for jigs and fixtures and in turn providing a very cost-effective procedure. With our integrated CAD-CAM software we can change designs to customer requirements efficiently.
