Full Design, Manufacture and Installation of crushing and screening plant.
In 2022, JMS Metaltec, in collaboration with a customer’s maintenance team, embarked on the design, manufacture, and installation of a crushing and screening plant for a construction client. This project involved a substantial extension to the existing process setup and was successfully completed over a nine-month period.
JMS Metaltec utilised its comprehensive in-house capabilities for this project, including design, laser and tube cutting, machining, fabrication, rubber lining, and finishing. The team also managed the on-site installation, ensuring a seamless integration into the client’s operations.
Through this project, the customer successfully transformed a previously discarded waste product into a valuable resource, integrating it into their current production process. This innovation not only reduced operational costs but also contributed positively to environmental sustainability.
